Od kiedy rozpocząłem swój projekt degooglyzacji minęło już sporo czasu i chyba mogę spróbować opisać pierwsze efekty.
Na wnioski opisane poniżej wpadłem przypominając sobie słowa znajomego, który pochwalił moją pracę w tym temacie, jednak sam stwierdził, że on nie posiada czasu, aby się tym wszystkim zająć.
Wnioski:
1. Mam więcej czasu.
Zaskakujące, prawda? Czas który zyskałem wynika w prostej linii ze zmniejszenia atrakcyjności urządzenia. Absolutny brak kolorowych reklam, brak natywnego YT, brak sklepu play, toporniejsza technika logowania (KeePass).
2. Świadomość cyfrowa.
To szerokie zagadnienie i efekt uboczny poznania praktyk cyfrowych gigantów... W szczególności tego jednego na "g".
3. Oszczędność pieniędzy.
Usługi, za które płaciłem mają swoje przyjazne alternatywny w świecie open-source.
4. Komfort.
Aplikacje z których korzystam mają mniejszą tendencję do drastycznych zmian interfejsu co jakiś czas, a coś co nie występuje praktycznie wcale to niczym nie wyjaśnione ucinanie funkcjonalności.
5. Utrata znajomych.
Ale spokojnie... Tylko tych tysiąca osób na FB. Dobre mordki są na miejscu, chociaż czasem nie wiem o czymś, co było na grupowym czacie.
6. Szpan.
No nie ma postronnej osoby, której by to wszystko choć trochę nie imponowało.
7. Czystsza głowa, spokój ducha.
Co prawda jest to myślenie życzeniowe, bo czasy są trudne i ja w tym rwetesie spokoju nie zaznam. Uspokaja myśl, że to My tworzymy czasy i kiedyś ludzie sami przejrzą na oczy, że są dziwkami w rękach korporacji - ten uścisk jest jednak bardzo słaby i można się z niego wyrwać.
Każda mała zmiana ma znaczenie.
Pisałem to ja.

The unsung heros of the night shift have managed to actually mix them up, so now we have a little bit more than 100 items we can't sell due to regulations, and can't give them back either because they are already through all manufacturing procedures and thus aren't of any use for the original company.
Each item is worth approximately $200, that's a minimum $20,000 loss (a little more adding manpower, energy, time…) because some person hasn't taken a flashlight to look up two letters.
