Unofficial refresh of the Doom clone: Gloom Reforged AGA 2.5.0 / 3.0
Version 2.5.0 marks the release of the final free version. From the current version 3.0 onwards, “Gloom Reforged” is available exclusively on itch.io as a paid product (currently priced at 7.99 euros).
The commercial version offers, amongst other things, native P96 resolutions.
Amiga emulator: Amiberry 8.4.2
Amiberry is an Amiga emulator based on WinUAE that offers full Amiga compatibility on ARM and x86 hardware. Version 8.4.2 has now been released. As well as bug fixes, the RTG graphics modes in the Android version now adapt precisely to the screen aspect ratio of the smartphone or tablet, and the ZZ9000 emulation now supports modern codecs from the latest firmware.
Bubble shooter: Frozen Bubble (AGA)
'MAZ' has released Frozen Bubble for AGA Amigas, rewritten in AMOS Professional and assembler, based on the Android-Version.
The developer emphasises that this project is an experiment designed to explore how modern AI tools can help port established gaming classics to classic Amiga hardware.

Kickstart 10 took place last weekend in Ottershaw, near London. Chris 'Retronaut' Thomas attended the event and posted a video at the title link, which, among other things, shows two new versions of the Gotek touchscreen interface (starting at 10:30): The existing 3.5-inch version is now joined by an also rectangular 7-inch screen and a round version.
