I can’t trust any therapist or anyone who wants me to share my feelings. What will happen if I do?

My thoughts are often too chaotic, resentful, brutal, distressing, horrifying, and stupid for anyone to understand nor tolerate it. Like y’all say ‘talk to someone’ when they are very likely going to reject, dismiss, or misinterpret me for what would be considered too ‘inappropriate’ or ‘too much’.

This is why I don’t feel safe showing all of my thoughts to people, not even here. But withholding my feelings has been costing me my overall health.

On a side note, if you want to learn some more about Hoodoo and how it can be inclusive, I recommend the book 'Hoodoo for Everyone'
