Remote profile

PSA: While our update cycles get faster, updates come sooner, sometimes too soon 😼

#OpenVPN for #Android 0.7.66 has a bug where profiles get wiped. Check your MyApps Updates section in #FDroid client, touch OpenVPN details, upper right corner "ignore this update".

Carry on...

@MichlFranken But why generate a fake #aislop random banner when the post has actual pics of #FDroid client 2.0?

@zotho You can already install it, expand Versions or opt-in to betas in the #FDroid page upper right menu.

@hackaday ...that banner though... surely somebody swears they "reviewed" it 😿

@zerionchat Funny how you spell "privacy" with Google services 🤔

Anyway #FDroid has https://f-droid.org/packages/com.professor.zerion/ 🫡

#KeepAndroidOpen

@flomp @stvo Hey... c'mon 🥹

@bjoern Whatever they choose #FDroid will work fine 😉

@kvnco The first start will do the database and settings migration. Based on device resources it might take a bit longer. How much time did you wait? How many other repos did you had setup?

@sgbv You can still use #Tor #Orbot and configure the Proxy section for it.

@chbmeyer @tonline FYI #FDroid is THE official store for many apps 😉

@privacyguides Thanks for the news cover. But odd to say that "all apps are signed by #FDroid" which is not true for 35% of them, and we push for new apps to be #ReproducibleBuilds signed by the developers. We publish a new batch of apps every 2 days (which looking around devs posts on Fedi, is great compared to Play), so not a week. Also we have automated updated since Android 12. Thanks for the discussion!
