Previously, I was assistant professor at Utrecht University, where I founded the ODISSEI Social Data Science team and worked on a broad range of topics in social science, statistics, and computation.

I learnt about @task around half a year ago when i started working at Bol, and it's really been a joy to use, takes the hassle out of running cross-language tasks (like, set up a proxy with internal tool A, check if thing B exists, run an app locally with settings C, D)
