To understand just how rare this is: In over 33 years as a company, TXRH has had exactly 8 IT Security-specific employees. Only 4 have ever left, and one of those (that's me!) ended up coming back. The job posting really undersells the benefits and environment you would be working in.

This is a stay-here-till-you-retire type employer. They are not shy about investing in their employees. Just as a sample: Over the years, they've paid for me to go to 8 SANS trainings + GIAC certs associated with them, then paid me a bonus for getting each cert. Same for CISSP, CISM, PMP, and more.
