New #review today: "It seems like forever since I first encountered #SpontaneousRex at Seaprog 2014 and followed up with a review of the band’s first album Come at the King. In fact, twelve years is pretty close to forever in terms of consecutive releases by any band — I have seen longer delays, to be sure, but the album at hand, Cataclysm, is only their second full length release." #ExposeOnline #ProgressiveRock #JazzFusion #JazzRock http://expose.org/index.php/articles/display/spontaneous-rex-cataclysm-3.html

New #review today: "Over the decades of her career in music, #JinHiKim has operated in so many different realms and idioms that it’s impossible to distill down to concise statements, unless you just emphasize the variety. She’s perhaps best known as a player of the #komungo (also written #geomungo) Korean zither who is active in experimental fields of music." #ExposeOnline #ExperimentalMusic #NeumaRecords http://expose.org/index.php/articles/display/kim-jin-hi-the-jin-hi-kim-collection-2.html

New #review: "By the early 80s, #Ruins was essentially a two-man band featuring #PiergiuseppeCiranna and #AlessandroPizzin, and much of their commercially released output can be found on our artist page, some of which we have reviewed as they are reissued. The collection of 26 tracks at hand represents experimental pieces that were created either individually or together, used for Ruins #multimedia installations in art galleries back in the 80s." #ExposeOnline #ExperimentalMusic #RuinsItaly http://expose.org/index.php/articles/display/ruins-cosa-experimental-works-3.html

New #review today: "#KolmanAndCalvert is a Norwegian duo consisting of Oslo-based guitarist #SusannaCalvert and Trondheim-based vocalist #TrineÅshildsdatterKolmannskog. The two have collaborated previously in #Enmesher, and on their debut album The Pink Carnage of Cartilago they create an unusual and often unsettling sound world using little more than vocals, guitar, and a sparse collection of additional instruments." #ExposeOnline #ApollonRecords #AvantPop #AtmosphericPop http://expose.org/index.php/articles/display/kolman-calvert-the-pink-carnage-of-cartilago-6.html
