For the folks that are on instances that have large (>1000) character limits: Please know that you don’t have to max out your limit. If you must, post a large toot, please break it up into multiple toots, if those multiple toots go into double digits, please consider getting a blog, and post you stuff their and in a single toot post a link with a summary.
PSA: When you causally mention in your talk/conversation/etc. that you “asked <insert slop generator> …”; know that people have stopped listening to you; they have lost trust in your judgement; and you should be ashamed of yourself for, at the very least, wasting peoples time.
