Pro-democracy plaintiffs keep filing lawsuits to keep up with Trump regime’s ongoing election interference. I don’t see any legacy media reporting comprehensively on the daily encroachments by the regime or pro-democracy plaintiffs’ efforts to block them. There’s a massively important news story here that is getting covered only piecemeal. 1/ #LawFedi

The pace of important legal action has skyrocketed. There are immigration opinions in pending cases that I can’t turn to, because right now, the most important thing after massive turnout to vote in Democrats and progressive Independents is the building effort by the Trump regime to use litigation, not winning at the polls, to keep a docile Republican Fascist Congress. 1/

This afternoon I spent time on some post-election litigation preparation. It is becoming ever clearer how vital massive turnout is. The widest possible margins of victory for Democratic candidates, up and down the ballot, in every state remains essential to showing how little factual basis there will be to claims of improper voting or other failures of election administration. 1/
