I'm trying to figure out how upset I am about the fact that my city council representative can't figure out how to use Bcc when sending out emails.
He has staff. He's not doing this himself.
I've replied twice with a link which explains how to use blind carbine copy. This technology is over 30 years old!
The problem could also be solved if they would just use a service to handle emails. Many of which are free.
The project manager doesn't seem to know how to use our billing system. 🙃 Giving me the wrong category to charge against.
The system is getting better at detecting this, as I got an email the next day, instead of a report at the end of the month.
