University Hospitals' MyChart remains unavailable and website services are limited after UH took systems offline as a precaution following unusual server activity. UH says patient care delivery is unaffected and is working with outside experts to assess the scope.
Patients with questions about results or appointments should call their provider's office. UH has not characterized the activity as a cyberattack; whether patient data was exposed and when all digital services will return remain unresolved.
