I had a hard time believing "CoPilot, plagiarize my brown colleague's work so I get the credit" would be an ad they'd run but ... it's a real thing. Somebody made a pitch for this and somebody said yeah that's a great idea let's make that and then somebody did and then somebody looked at it and approved it and aired it.
You can tell who's not in the room, you know? You can tell who either isn't there, or doesn't feel like it's safe for them to speak up.
