AWS IAM with Terraform. Security infrastructure work gets calmer when the repo says exactly what changed, which boundary it touched, and where the evidence lives. I want Terraform resources for VPC boundaries, subnet placement, security group rules, instance profiles, encryption, and routing, not optimistic prose.
