Agent mode: `wasmrun agent` is a REST API of isolated sandboxes for AI agents. Shell, JS/TS, projects or .wasm in; stdout, stderr and exit code out. Network is
denied unless allowed.
OS mode: `wasmrun os ./project` runs a Node.js VM in the browser that can serve on a port and go public with `--expose`.
New in 1.0: `wasmrun ps` (a process manager for WASM programs), `wasmrun init`, and an interpreter several times faster. The CLI, agent API, configs and plugin
ABI now follow semver.
