Traffic reduced to around 25% thanks to mod_qos.

Table showing network traffic on a Gitlab server over the last 2 hours in 5 minute intervals. Traffic dropped from about 1.5-2.5 Mbit/s to around 275-430 Kbit/s starting at 11:15.
