If Meta through Muse or other AI in its arsenal wants to scrape its user’s business assets as its own under fair use exception allowed in copyright law which Anthropic claimed and won, then they and other AI companies must be compelled to compensate the user whether it be personal , business or other through financial incentives on its own platform or others.
