While updating the ArchLinux AUR package for the Taiwanese Health Insurance IC card reader app (nhiicc), a very fun occurence:
Seems source package can't be downloaded from servers abroad, the host just cuts connection. (tried in CircleCI, and on a Dutch VPS)
Does they think that people don't need to use their software from abroad? 🤔 I wonder if this can be escalated somewhere in government IT.
