If - as I strongly suspect to be the case - this turns out not to be true and is nothing more than some cheap PR trick from the White House. Then other countries should rapidly step up the speed at which any US reliance is severed and even consider slamming sanctions on the Trump mafia.
They see other countries - other people's lives - with no more respect or care than they would dolls in a dollhouse.
