One pet peeve and one minor realization/irritation from my day.
- Why do almost all the remote working IT professionals I work with have tiny monitors? Every time I share my screen on my 32" ultra wide they all whine it's too small on their screen. I don't know how they work on little screens.
- As someone who has worked IT Support for years, including dark sites, it's painfully clear when the person trying to give you instructions doesn't have anything close to that background. You have to use specific names for things or comprehension quickly drops near zero.
