OK! now I'm in 'progress stun' state, changing the pot for an encoder and swapping the motor with the other one that already had the feedback hardware has just saved me *tones* of time AND I dont need to make an optical interrupter circuit (I do need to make a filter, these mechanical encoders are noise)
