I you want to host a static site on yunohost with the My Webapp application but want to be able to rsync your content with your ssh user, you need to set the ACLs on the webapp folders accordingly.
Something like:
setfacl --recursive --modify u:<your yunohost user>:rwX /var/www/my_webapp/www/
Took me a while to figure that out.
