Okay something just broke with Vivaldi after a recent update. The browser just hangs with any amount of data. Confirmed across multiple profiles, private window, etc. No such behavior on other devices or browsers.

Details: On Windows 11, latest build. Reasonably certain it wasn't anything else on the system going wrong since the issue occurred immediately after a restart from an update.

The behavior is that the site will attempt to load, but no subsequent requests occur. Also, the UI becomes unresponsive. Can't open dev tools or anything, but can close tabs.
