That's insane to me. People paid up to $12,000 extra for "Full Self-Driving" capability based on a promise made almost a decade ago, and now the one tool that made it financially possible to challenge that as a group just got taken away. Nobody proved Tesla told the truth. The case just got too expensive for regular people to keep fighting alone.
You expect what you were promised when you bought the car. Not a decade long wait and a legal technicality standing between you and an answer.
