We analyzed thousands of Codex sessions across our Patch the Planet work and built patching-bugs, a plugin that reproduces a bug on a running build, writes the fix, and proves it: the original code fails, the patch passes, and a revert brings the bug back.

Then regression-hunt, our second new plugin, checks what the fix broke. Install both and run them on your next bug report.
