I'm watching the new Ghost In The Shell animated series on Amazon Prime and I Do. Not. Like. It.

It's like some Amazon executive handed down a decree: "Make something new, but for a younger audience" just like how they killed the new Stargate series.

So far, 3 episodes in, it's too much chibi, too much fan-service referencing previous work, and too much sexualization of Kusanagi.

Give me story, and new story goddamnit.
