📣 Adaptive #Fitness for All. Legends!
🎉 Today we officially kicked off the Adaptive Fitness Program for the Legends Club at Triangle, Inc. at the Fitness Court in Malden.
😅We enjoyed a beautiful #fall day filled with ball toss, battle ropes, bodyweight movements, slam balls, team drills, and plenty of smiles.
💪🏾 It was the first time trying many of these exercises for our Legends Club members, all over 50, and they did great. All abilities, all levels, all heart.
👉🏽 I'm grateful to Triangle, Inc. for the opportunity to be part of this initiative. A special thank-you to the support staff whose dedication help create a space where everyone can move, connect, and thrive.
