@okwithmydecay I've had the same research not long ago for editing photos on my old Pixel phone, and here are some tips if that can help 🙂

- RapidRAW is really good for professional edits, particularly on RAW formats (https://alternativeto.net/software/rapidraw/about/)
- QuickEdit is pretty good, but not as advanced, though it has some fun drawing and editing tools (https://alternativeto.net/software/quickedit/about/)
- Litrato is pretty basic, and not really actively maintained anymore, it seems, but I've still tried it, and it can do the job for basic edits (https://alternativeto.net/software/litrato/about/)
- Today, I'm still using Snapseed (with pretty much all permissions disabled) for quick edits and RapidRAW for more advanced ones. Hope this can help 👌

@okwithmydecay A bit different, but I've also tried Photon Camera, it's an open source camera app, so not really a photo editing app, but it has many LUTs built-in, and you can configure your own, so it can also be a solution, and I've used it for several months with no issue whatsoever.
