THIS JUST IN: Taliesin West, Frank Lloyd Wright’s historic winter home and architectural laboratory in Scottsdale, Arizona, has closed indefinitely following a fatal accident on October 16. Rogério Renato Mateucci, rector of Brazil’s Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná, was killed by wind-blown roofing material during a tour. Police are investigating the incident as weather-related. The UNESCO-listed site, established in 1937, will remain closed until further notice.
