David Durman, who is a Humanist and is employed by the University of Kentucky employee, was able to get a workplace accommodation to avoid using AI due to his “sincerely held beliefs as a Humanist” ... regarding “the wellbeing and flourishing of humanity” and that the “capacity to think and reason for ourselves is worth protecting.”
