That's one hell of a lazy basis for a civil lawsuit and in itself the proof of weaponization of the DoJ.
Imagine all the lawsuits that will be filed against Todd Blanche, therefore, starting in 2029. Or sooner, at the state level, under the claim that federal preemption does not apply to local crimes.
