Listen....Duffy doesn't know shite from apple-butter when it comes to any and all things aviation system safety, especially about the necessary care and certainty regarding new aircraft certifications. The Boeing MAX aircraft has been riddle with flaws, from design to build. Certifying these things is a surprise....and speed is not the metic of import.
