I'm a cis white dude living in the USA and in our society apparently my opinion has more weight. Obviously this isn't fair at all. So might as well use it.
To fellow cis people, especially liberals: this white cis dude is telling you to leave trans people alone especially for the midterms. Berating them because they won't vote for transphobes in the Dem party is remarkably ignorant and abusive. Instead, you should want to yell at the candidates to be less shitty - which you should have started to do before the primaries, to be honest.
Don't be the assholes who defend abusive powerful bigots just because they're in your party.
