Albanians celebrate birthdays by setting off fireworks at midnight. So fireworks are always available.
Someone just set off an absolute shitload of fireworks at 9-Kateshi in Tirana, Albania.
The protestors cheered.
The cops have used tear gas, "rubber" bullets, water cannons, and more today.

News24 BalkanWeb reporters are saying that the cops have been injuring many protestors with "rubber" bullets today, hitting the chest and even shooting a girl. The screen at the same time was repeatedly showing a male protestor on the ground who was bleeding from his eye area.
In previous days, others reported cops aiming for their eyes, including the press covering the protest. Like US cops in that respect.
There's a lot of noise because protestors are trying to dismantle a sheet metal fence around a 15 story construction site in downtown.
