xkcd coming with caption: "My Hobby: Arranging binary black holes and rotating neutron stars to produce a gravitational square wave, as a prank on gravitational wave astronomers" The comic shows a diagram of a gravitational wave from a sequence of binaries. At first it is a simple since wave, but as the signals add together, it becomes a square wave. When the wave reaches Earth, the reaction is "???!", which seems accurate.
