Unpopular opinion: most modern sweet "flavors" are inventions of rich and bored hipsters. Back in the 80-90s in Italy, we didn't have stuff like "salted butter caramel" or "sea salt and Turkish chili chocolate", they just... didn't exist. The most exotic stuff was chocolate-coated peanuts. So, when I hear about your "oregano-infused matcha latte" or "avocado-watermelon-spinach smoothie", this sounds to me like "caramelized bacon octopus" or "salty coconut agave". And the thing that terrifies me the most is that right now you are thinking "hey, all this sounds delicious!"
