I bout these programmable lightbulbs that can change color and brightness. I've discovered my favorite setting at night is a darker blue light at 15%, which basically makes the house look like I am sitting in a theatre from the 90's while a movie is playing. Its very art house/cyberpunk.

I tried Red, but that just makes me sing Roxanne and feel like I live in a house of ill repute. Orange makes me feel like a rotisserie chicken under a hot light. Green/light blue makes me feel like I am nauseous and possibly drowning in a pool. Purple is ominous and weirdly too dark. Very vampiric.
The yellow is very aggressive and in your face , just slapping you in the eyeballs with highstrung yelliwness.

So I am vibing with the blue zone. 💙

Saw a Hubble picture of the 270 million stars that make up the Andromeda galaxy.

The fact I really didn't like the coconut water I drank in the morning because it tasted like a pond is so completely insignificant in the Universe of Things compared to the Andromeda Galaxey. *** sigh ***

Let's just say it was a very stressful job that I worked 24/7 long stretches. People yelled at me all the time. People were screaming at me about having a quarantine or wear masks or screaming at me that not enough people were wearing masks. And it was my fault.

People would put pressure on you to change the length of time for quarantines and the practices. And it was really hard to figure out what to do scientifically versus politically, etc.
I developed a very complex data set on contact tracing that seriously, I probably should have gotten at least a master's degree in public health on.

I try not to second guess what? Decisions were made. I didn't make them in isolation on big policies. I do believe we help save a lot of lives, and the decisions I made were important.

I think I handled stress well and I don't think it showed to other people when I was stressed out.

But f#@! me, I can't stand a look at tiaras.
