Wuff! "Wagging Rights" gets a quick look this week. It's a show about dogs, and dog training.

Not something i expected to enjoy, but it's pleasant enough. The human story is there to be shown: Harriet Kemsley's joy at achieving anything, Rhod Gilbert's poise at doing everything, and Kae Kurd's brief entry with the big scary Riot.

Plus! The highest-scoring round i can remember on BBC Brain, big scores on Only Connect, and Rick Edwards wins House of Games.

Celebs and their dogs sit on hay bales in a barn. From left: Picsen and Rhod Gilbert, Sonny and Harriet Kemsley, Mouse and Sara Pascoe, Milo and Vicky Pattison, Riot and Kae Kurd.

Ah, bless. Lovely interaction with Lou Delouze (last year's winning JESC performer) and Dara (winner of the senior version of Junior Eurovision).

There's a Common Song for this year's performers. Loo break.

Floor management here is atrocious: people walking into position and wandering across shot. Carmella Milne would never put up with this.

Absolutely no pattern to the jury vote, ends up as a narrow win for FT over TVE and AMPTV. But just 11 points between the top three, we're more used to a 50-point lead.

78 televote points for SMRTV! On top of the scoreboard!!!!!! But only for a few minutes. but FOURTH PLACE!!!!!! They'll be dancing on the street of San Marino tonight!

99 televote points for AMPTV! That's the winner!

"Boo!" from Naré is the winner. Guess we're back in Yerevan next year.

RTSH reminded me of Top of the Pops circa 1992: fussy direction, dark lighting, and the vocal too far down in the mix.

Guess GPB’s big prop - a boat - took forever to get on stage. Effective.

TVE won the last place lottery, a bit nostalgic for something or someone.

Any of these songs would be an acceptable winner. Many would be significantly better.

Accountability: votes for MKRTV’s earworm, AMPTV’s bizareness, and RAI’s staging.

Interval act is self-referential PBS at Senior and Junior.

I have absolutely no idea how AMPTV did all that: dance routine, steps, cuddly ghosts, and a massive prop from nowhere. But if they’re in Yerevan next year, it’ll be no shock.

Home team PBS send a lovely retro song in waltz time.

RAI’s verbose emo canter channels the spirit of Avril Lavigne: he was a punk, she did ballet.

UA:PBC have green hairy monsters that look like (whisper it softly) bogies.

I’d like to say something nice about TG4’s entry, but it’s written by the same folk as “Laika party”, and shows zero growth. The performers deserve better.

Celeb Traitors, episode 8 Show content

Tick, tick, tick. There are no more than three murders left in the game, and good traitors would be thinking about who to murder before they cause damage in the final.

Michael is powerful at the round table, but he's shielded tonight.

Bash gets heard, though maybe Kenny voting for him will be enough to give a hope Bash could be banished.

Miranda is a good detective, but could be implicated when Joanne's banished as faithful.

Romesh has a cast-iron defence for not being a traitor (sniffled all the time yesterday), plus murdering him would throw even more shade on Leigh-Anne. And Romesh is clever.

Really smart traitors will also ask when is the right moment to throw Acaster under the bus. Could it be tonight?

More in unlisted posts after i've watched the show, sometime after 9.30.
