Bit of a hiatus, but back!
1) Spouse is on the other coast helping her mom with the next round of medical appointments. The good part is that my MIL seems at the moment to be cooperating with treatment and trying to eat better. (A new development!)
2) Kiddo had a stomach bug for a couple of days, but seems better now.
3) Brushing up before a panel discussion next month on what was my thesis topic. Turns out people caught up with my interpretation of some problems - but my methodology can still add something to the discussion! (Both discoveries made my day.)
