Oh, it gets better... so Rama put those bollards out to replace the chairs, to pretend he wants dialogue even though he ignored the protest for the 135 days it was unarguably peaceful, before frustrated high school kids escalated things...
He has stationed police and barricade fences along all approaches to Parliament...where the "dialogue bollards" are.
