incredibly, I don’t think this thing will even support the Apple Pencil, so you can’t use it for the one touchscreen laptop use case (Wacom tablet but more portable, slightly cheaper, and much jankier)
this isn’t good for anything at all, is it
(I also searched for stylus and pen and found nothing, not that a stylus of any form is usable unless the screen folds all the way back)
god my eyes looked close at the apple-provided marketing shot The Verge is using as its headline image
so the use case is you can now uncomfortably touch the iphone emulator in Xcode. the emulator that barely fits on the screen in this shot. as the physical iphone the user could have used to test their app sits inches away from their hand. the one that can remotely debug an app as fast as the emulator if not faster. that’s the use case.
