Often with history-based podcasts (either real history or like historical crimes) I don't know enough to ever contradict them, but then when I hear them cover a topic I know very well and realize how many mistakes they make or that they sometimes use suspect sources.
Often times, one of the subjects this happens with is the Kennedy Assassination but for different reasons.
Like with one it is how many political facts a podcast got wrong like calling Gerald Ford the Speaker of the House (he was House Minority Leader) or calling Arlen Specter a future Congressman (he was a Senator), etc.
But in a totally different podcast it was using Vincent Bugliosi as his primary source on the assassination who my knowledge of a different case (Charles Manson) has taught me is a corrupt and insanely sloppy prosecutor and writer/researcher both who bungled every bit of the Manson case and made people believe incredibly incorrect things about it for decades.

Prevagen has been charged with fraud for making false claims about its ability to improve memory and cognitive function.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) found that the product's claims were not supported by scientific evidence, leading to a federal court ruling against its marketing practices.
An update on this: I sort of can't believe it, but this might actually work out in my favor. I did some looking around and saw that TEAMGROUP offers a "limited lifetime warranty" for micro SD cards in the same class as the one that I own. I sent them an email two days ago thinking that I wouldn't even hear back.
Today I did hear back, and rather than laughing me off, they're asking for photos of the card (to ensure it's not physically damaged) as well as details about my purchase. If they end up sending me a new 1TB micro SD card under their warranty, I will eat my hat. One of them. Only one hat.
Me: clicks on email from MicroCenter to see if prices have gotten any better, immediately closes tab when, no, prices have in fact gotten worse.
MicroCenter: sends email with subject “Like what you saw?”
Let me be clear, MicroCenter… No. No, I did not.

An actor using the handle "GordonFreeman" claims to have compromised the Honduran Ministry of Foreign Affairs through an exposed API, obtaining 40,127 records from its internal systems.
The 58.5 MB dataset reportedly contains names, email addresses, phone numbers, national identification numbers, residential information, and account password hashes.
