Wonderful news from #Brazil and #Serbia. There is some hope after all. Amazing what the student protests and social movements in both countries achieved in getting people out to vote. Sustained resistance toppled Serbia's Trump aligned leaders. Latin America's shift to the right has been halted for now with Lula's re-election. What a relief.

Wow. Lula beating the odds to win re-election in the second round in Brazil (first time in history anyone's won from behind in round one) and Vucic's authoritarian government losing in Serbia and actually conceding defeat a la Orban.
Rare case of two really good bits of politics news on the same day.
One of the most depressing trends I’ve seen in tech since the rise of AI agents is people outsourcing emotional connection to AI.
People are delegating how they communicate with their kids, spouses and parents to AI agents.
AI should handle our work so we can spend more time with friends and family, not vice versa.
GRAN RETORNO DE REMIGIO.
Another weekend coming to a close. Good news from Brazil, though.
And I found my desk today. That was a bit of a triumph. Still way more paper in our office to deal with than I'd like, but this was a good start.
Good night, friends. Sleep well. ❤️
Celebrations across Brazil after Lula’s election victory.
OTOH, defeated presidential candidate Flavio Bolsonaro and his camp have yet to offer any official reaction or concession to President Lula’s officially-declared victory.
