Secret Service have jointly filed a counter-ticket, the #StopRansomware advisory, which I'm escalating to your recycling bin now.
Per the advisory, network defenders should follow CISA and FBI recommendations to significantly reduce both the likelihood and the impact of a SafePay attack — have you tried reading those before closing this window?
Reward: Your ticket has been marked "Resolved." It has not been resolved. (2/3)
🏆 New Achievement! Thank You For Contacting SafePay Support!
Hello, this is your helpdesk. I've reviewed your ticket and I'm happy to confirm that SafePay ransomware actors have already assisted approximately 600 organizations across the Americas, Europe, and Australia — including several in your critical infrastructure sector. Great news: your ticket may be next! CISA, the FBI, and the U.S. (1/3)
New #review today: "It seems like forever since I first encountered #SpontaneousRex at Seaprog 2014 and followed up with a review of the band’s first album Come at the King. In fact, twelve years is pretty close to forever in terms of consecutive releases by any band — I have seen longer delays, to be sure, but the album at hand, Cataclysm, is only their second full length release." #ExposeOnline #ProgressiveRock #JazzFusion #JazzRock http://expose.org/index.php/articles/display/spontaneous-rex-cataclysm-3.html

He was great in Star Trek, but for me in later years he was Bester in Babylon 5, the villain you loved to hate, and he did it oh so well. Thanks for the memories.

Great exchanges on tech sovereignty, media independence.
On my panel, I stressed: Europe lacks power because national parties prevent Europe from acting. We need European parties thinking beyond borders, offering a shared vision against nationalism - like @VoltEuropa

www.ubicloud.comFixing Tool-Call Accuracy in vLLMTool call accuracy is an important part of serving open-weight AI models. When your tool calls aren’t accurate, the model builds up on nonsensical context. We’ve been carrying our own fork of vLLM to hit 100% in tool call schema accuracy with Kimi and DeepSeek. Fortunately, vLLM 0.31 added support for constrained decoding, a technique to guarantee schema-adherence. By enabling it, you can get to 1

Thanks to Computerworld’s Matthew Finnegan for covering The Matrix Conference, and Matrix’s growth in Europe’s public sector: 65 national and international deployments so far.
He picks up on the European Commission, France’s Tchap, Sweden’s eSam and Försäkringskassan, NATO ACT and the Bundeswehr, plus the live cross-border federation demo. Sovereign doesn’t mean alone. Proud to be the partner behind most of them.
ComputerworldMatrix gains ground in Europe’s public sector — but replacing Teams is another matterProjects at the European Commission and Swedish government agencies highlight the appeal of open, interoperable messaging based on the Matrix protocol and how it can coexist with established collaboration platforms.

This might be the biggest thing I've shipped in Home Assistant. And also the most boring one. I'm weirdly proud of both.
HACS is now built into Home Assistant, as the Marketplace. When ludeeus donated HACS to the Open Home Foundation, I knew it had to end up there. Something almost the entire community uses shouldn't sit on the side.
I wrote down why we did it, what it means for you, and why it's not called a store.

I thought Block laying off 40% of its workforce in one go because of AI productivity gains was crazy.
But watching Microsoft, eBay and others lay off thousands of employees multiple times a year makes me wonder if Block had the better approach.
At least the people who remain aren’t constantly waiting for the next round.
Is GitHub Copilot (Desktop) really that far behind Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor/Grok, and Devin, or is it just my bubble?
Anyone actually prefer it?
The death of Walter Koenig is just another reminder of how much we need utopian fiction, at least for me.
Remember, Walter's character Chekov served as a human symbol of optimism for the future, that humanity would get past petty differences (the cold war) and finally unite as one people.
He will be missed.
Miau miau miau, meus amigos!
